To practice it with this method, the teacher must be in a state of complete concentration: he must not be distracted by anything in the field, whether it be the physical body or the senses. He should not be conscious of being the mind, but as a Yogi-Yogi who is conscious of himself. If we have to remain for some time after hearing a lecture on a subject, it is better to practice Yoniimudra alone than to listen to it. This same principle is applicable also to all of the ordinary matters of life. Yoniimudra can be carried out for the purpose of gaining insight into one's own personality. In this way, we can gain insight and recognition of our real nature while maintaining awareness of the truth of who we really are and of the limitations of our minds.

Sage Yogis of the past have always stressed the importance of Yonimudra in the conduct and conduct of their daily life. They have always stressed the importance of avoiding all worldly distractions. Some Yogis have been able to practice Yoniimudra only for a short while, while others practice it every day. However, even before the advent of modern times, ancient Yogis maintained the practice of Yoniimudra as a major duty. So, the purpose of Yoniimudra and its importance to Yogis is clear.

Importance Of Yonimudra that affect Your life

Yoniimudra is the practice of directing one's mental energy towards Yawning, Yawning, Yawning. In this manner, we can attain Yawning and Yawning. For Yawning we must concentrate on the sensory objects in front of us, i.e. the senses. While concentrating we should not be conscious of being in a state of mind, the mind, though it is not aware of it is nonetheless aware of the sense objects in front of it, including all the sensory objects in the world. Since Yawning is the ultimate goal in life, Yawning is called as the ultimate aim or goal in all the disciplines of Yoga. At any given moment, there should not be any distraction in front of you to divert your attention. Yawning is the aim and goal of every Yoga practice. Even though Yawning is the ultimate goal of Yoniimudra, it cannot be carried out in the way described above. It is possible that even in a state of Yawning we may experience a sense of a presence, or perhaps our body may feel heavy or heavy with a sense of heaviness in it all-which is due to the body having lost consciousness. However, in the case of Yawning, we are only concerned with concentrating on the object of Yawning. In most cases, the mind has already taken part in the object of Yawning, and so we are not distracted by any sense of presence, whether in front of us or in the surrounding environment. When we are concentrating on Yonimudra, we are not engaged in the objective of Yawning.

Goal of Performing Yonidmudra in daily life

The goal of Yoniimudra is to direct the mind exclusively towards Yawning. By doing so, we achieve the purpose of Yoniimudra, which is to eliminate the illusion which we find in the world around us. However, in our everyday life, we are sometimes distracted by external objects. We are able to concentrate on Yoniimudra, but we can't be completely and completely free from the senses, or we do not know that the object of Yawning is gone. Thus Yoniimudra cannot be applied to eliminate the senses completely. This is possible in a few instances. On one occasion a yogi noticed that his wife has suddenly become very ill. She became very quiet and she stayed in bed for a long time. This was a situation where her senses were blocked by the body, so she was not able to see or hear. To relieve her discomfort, the yogi turned on his Vayu. The Vayu works and thus the pain subsides and she is able to see and hear. She was completely liberated after practicing Yoniimudra.

Another instance is when we become extremely tired. The yogi turns off the eyes. Then our senses are free from the mind but we feel a strange tingling. In such a case, the yogi has to turn on the Vayu and feel the tingling.

So, how can this be done?

The Yogi needs to concentrate exclusively on Yoniimudra. He needs to not let his eyes get distracted. He also should not let the rest of his body distract. For example, if he is meditating in the morning and he sees that his body is getting tired, he needs to get up. If he starts thinking about his day, his hands are getting tired. So, he need not think about his day or his body. Instead he needs to concentrate on Yoniimudra. He would be perfectly relaxed without even thinking about something else. If this is not possible, or if there is no distraction, then one way is to rest a little of one's mind on Yoniimudra. Rest in a comfortable position, whether on a cushion or on a cushion with a cushion.

For a long time this will not be enough, so one must go to a comfortable place for a few minutes, and then another time. In the second or third time, the mind should start becoming less heavy. Then gradually Yoniimudra is easier to do. If we use these methods, then we can make Yoniimudra work from beginning to end. Yoniimudra, without becoming distracted by any mental objects, removes the world's illusion and that is how we can realize the purpose of Yoniimudra.

If this is not the case then Yoniimudra can only be applied to the minds of those who practice it for a period of time. The Yogi has to follow the Yogic path; that means that he has to follow Yoniimudra.

But what about those who practice Yoniimudra on the daily basis?

Once a year for many years a student would become very tired and he would have to turn off the eyes. Then he would wake up and feel refreshed. He would then do Yoniimudra every day. But when you ask about it, many Yogis prefer not to use it as it is something of a hobby. A few Yogis even try to turn it off on purpose sometimes. If they do this, when they wake up they are even more refreshed. So it is easy to see and even easier to do Yoniimudra from day to day. If we do not want to do it for some period of time, then one can turn it off. The Yogi has to be aware of Yoniimudra and thus the Yogi does not need to be distracted from his task.

What if the Yogi has to do it more than once a year? What if he is tired during one half of the year?

Or if the Yogi practices on a much smaller scale than his regular schedule? If even just one Yogi takes the initiative, then the task of Yoniimudra will be done during that short period of time. It is possible to turn the task of Yoniimudra off even if the Yogi thinks that there is no need to do it any longer. The Yogi can give up the task if he has to stop to rest, if a certain period of time becomes necessary, or if his senses get blocked by his body, or if he sees someone approaching and he wants to protect himself, and so on. We can also give up the task if we ourselves do not need to do it any longer. There is no reason why we should go out of our minds and let the world be. There is also no need to keep on practicing Yoni mudra. A Yogi can practice it from day to day. What can we do in the course of day-to-day life? One can do some activity to help us release the mind. This is for the benefit of our body. When we need to wake our body up, it is necessary to wake up our mind.
